About IEM
Big-company finance thinking, priced for small businesses.
Most small business owners only ever hear from their accountant at year end. IEM was set up to give them what larger companies take for granted: senior finance professionals who look at the numbers properly and help them make better decisions.
Our team brings over 20 years of finance leadership, including Finance Director and CFO roles at international businesses. We've grown start-ups, turned around loss-making contracts, improved cash flow and prepared businesses for investment.
Every IEM client gets that experience, whether they're a sole trader filing their first return or a growing company planning its next hire.
Switching to IEM
We handle the handover with your current accountant. Most clients are fully moved across within two weeks.
Tell us about your business and we'll send a tailored proposal, with the price agreed upfront.
A simple engagement letter and ID check. No long-term contract and no set-up fee.
We request your records and tax history directly, so you don't have an awkward conversation.
A welcome call to review your tax position, deadlines and any savings we've spotted.
